traveled also to Europe for his motorsport
carreer, Piquet sr made his debute in F1 for 
the Ensign team, his engine broke and not 
saw the finish flag, in the end off 1978 Nelson
was announced as 3rd driver for the Brabham 
F1 Team, he bacame first driver after John 
Watson leaved the team for Mc Laren and 
Niki Lauda should retire...

1981 & 1983 Nelson Piquet became F1 World
Champion with the Brabham Team, 1986 he
signed for thye Williams team and joined Nigel
Mansell, 1987 he became World Champion in 
the FW11B race car...
