a crash you have to send out the safety car,
to make sure the marshalls can work safely
to get out the driver of the car, make sure
the car is on a safe place behind the tryre walls
around the track, and make the tyre barriers 
safe for new accidents you have to be sure 
they can work safe...

Thie field drives behind the safety car on lower
speed then they used to, sometimes to low, tyres
running out of temperature, brakes etc also
cooling down to much...
