Monaco Grand Prix 2021 season,

Williams is a team with a large history
in Formula 1, in the early days lot's of
succes, starting with Australian guy
Alan Jones who claims his and Williams
theyr first World Championship in 1980
season with the FW07 race car...

The second Williams WC is not long
after that, 1982 season, Keke Rosberg
also made his first and only WC in F1
with the FW08 race car...

After a few years Brabham & Mc Laren
they done it again with Nelson Piquet sr,
his 3rd World Championship and first WC
with Williams, the FW11B race car in the 
beautifull Camel colors...

4 seasons it did take before the next WC
was a fact, Senna with his succes at Mc Laren
and a year with Prost before Nigel Mansell his
first and only World Champions ship in F1 with 
the FW14B race car, as lot of people know the 
"blown diffuser" from Adrian Newey driven by
the Renault powered engine, a dangerous 
combination...

The last World Championship was taken by French
man Alain Prost in his FW15C race car, also with 
Newey his succesfull weapen, for your informormation,
and nice fact to know, Sebastian Vettel scored his 
World Championships in the RB6, RB7, RB8 and RB9 
used the same combi, Newey, Renault engine & blown
diffuser for it succes, after exit blown diffuser RB not
scored 1 WC after till now...

Anyway, back to Williams, theyr last Grand Prix win
was won by Pastor Maldonado at the Spanish Grand
Prix 2012 season, after the race exploded theyr pitbox...

Daughter Claire did take over the Williams Team and 
still strugling with the finances, sadly she quit after 
long fighting, never the less a fascinading history and
show the fighting spirit and determination...
